01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing samtakie.co.za and using the QzQ Quiz Engine (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

02. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the QzQ backend logic, Firestore data structures, and UI designs) are the exclusive property of Samtakie.

Note: Third-party brand logos used within the QzQ Quiz Engine are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and trivia/educational purposes under transformative fair use.

03. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service.
• Automate the collection of quiz data or "scrape" content from our Firestore database.
• Interfere with the security-related features of the Service.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

04. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Samtakie be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

05. Disclaimer of "As-Is" Status

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.

06. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa and Suriname, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

07. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting them on this page.
